NavX Realty Believes in NO HIDDEN FEES. Here is the full disclosure of all fees.

Monthly Fees

Your monthly fee is determined by your compensation plan, but we offer options for every budget and business.

Transaction/Admin Fee

A fee of $50 is charged to the agent on each transaction on the 100, Team, and Spouse plans. This fee covers the cost for the brokerage to manage compliance of each transaction file and process payment to the agent. For agents on the eXcel Plan, this fee is included in the $349 transaction fee. All transaction/admin fees can be charged to the client at the agent's discretion.

Annual Fee


Residential Sales

Agents pay $50 per closed transaction on residential sales.

Residential Leases

Agents pay $50 for each lease closed.

Initial Activation


Agent Referrals

When a NavX Agent sends a referral to another agent, the agent will receive the full referral fee, less a $50 payment processing/compliance fee.

Broker Price Opinion (BPO)

Agents pay a $15 payment processing fee on all BPOs.

Selling Personal Real Estate

When selling personal property, agents pay a $50 transaction fee. A $199 fee will be charged to agents on eXcel Plan. This includes all real estate property sales where an agent has potential personal financial gain. Agents are not permitted to represent both sides of a transaction when selling personal real estate property.
